Return & Refund Policy

Each Stone Rolled product is made to order through our production partner, Printful. Because every item is custom printed just for you, we can only accept returns or exchanges for items that arrive damaged, misprinted, or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or misprinted, please contact us within 30 days of receiving it.
Email stonerolledstreetwear@gmail.com with your order number, a short description of the issue, and clear photos. Once verified, we’ll replace or refund the item at no cost to you.
Lost or Unclaimed Packages
If your order is lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
Unclaimed packages returned to Printful’s facility will be donated to charity after 30 days, and refunds cannot be issued.
Incorrect Shipping Address
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, the order will be returned to Printful. You’ll be responsible for reshipment once we confirm the correct address.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size selection.
If you’d like another size or color, please place a new order.
